Is EduCore India compatible with CBSE, ICSE and State Boards?
Yes. EduCore India is pre-configured for CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, Maharashtra State Board, Karnataka State Board and all major Indian boards. Grading schemes, academic calendars and report card formats are built in.
How long does it take to set up EduCore for our institution?
Most schools and colleges are fully live within 24 hours. Our onboarding team handles everything - importing student and staff data, configuring fee structures, setting up class and subject mapping, and conducting a staff training session.
Can parents pay fees online through EduCore?
Absolutely. EduCore integrates with Razorpay to support all Indian payment modes - UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards and EMI. Parents receive an instant PDF receipt on payment.
Is there a mobile app for parents and students?
Yes - free mobile apps for Android and iOS for both parents and students. Parents see attendance, results, fee status, homework status, school notices and live bus location in real time.
What kind of support do you provide?

Is EduCore India DPDP Act compliant?
Yes, 100% compliant. All student data is stored on Indian servers. We follow India's 2023 Data Protection Act requirements with proper data encryption, access controls, and user consent management.
Can we migrate from our current school software?
Yes, we offer free migration from any existing school software. Our team imports all your student, staff, fee, and academic data. Zero data loss, zero downtime, and we'll train your staff on the new system.
What internet speed is required to run EduCore?
EduCore works on basic internet connections. Minimum requirement: 2 Mbps for smooth operation. The system is optimized to work efficiently even in areas with slower internet speeds.
Do you provide training for our staff?
Yes, comprehensive training included. We train administrators, teachers, and office staff. Training is available in Hindi and English, both online and on-site (for larger institutions).
Can EduCore handle multiple branches/campuses?
Yes, our degree college ERP supports multi-campus management. Each campus can have its own data, settings, and users, while administrators get a unified dashboard for all locations.
What happens if we want to cancel our subscription?
No long-term lock-in. Month-to-month subscription. Cancel anytime with just 30 days notice. We'll export 100% of your data in a standard format, so you can migrate to any other system if needed.
Does EduCore integrate with biometric attendance systems?
Yes, we integrate with all major biometric attendance systems available in India. We also support QR code-based attendance, RFID cards, and manual attendance marking.
How secure is our data?
Bank-level security. 256-bit SSL encryption, regular security audits, daily automated backups, role-based access controls, and all data stored on Indian servers as per Indian regulations.
